How to use: For face use a dime size amount of wash in clean hands and with lukewarm water, build a gentle lather and begin massaging away dirt, excess oil, and makeup away. Rinse and apply the Sea Moss + Oats Face & Body moisturizing Cream. May be used morning and nightly for best results.

This Irish Sea Moss Dry Facial Mask must be hydrated prior to using. 

Directions: Cleans skin, remove small scoops of Dry mask into separate bowl Hydrate mask with your choice of liquids  example : distilled water, aloe vera juice or a natural fixed oil if you have dry skin. Allow to dry for 15-25 minutes, remove with lukewarm water and follow with your favorite sea moss moisturizing cream or Glo oil./ Can be used as a bathe soak if a scoop is placed in bathe water,  add 1/2 cup of baking soda and 1/2 cup of oatmeal. Soak for 15 mins will relieve itchy skin. Follow up with moisturizing cream or Glo oil.
